I have pleasure in welcoming you to International Conference on Medical Negligence and Litigation in Medical Practice and National Conference on Recent Advances in Forensic Medicine and Toxicology. Medical negligence is as old as medical practice. But now it has become worrisome for medical practitioners as they have to face criminal and compensation suits. The purpose of this conference is to educate medical personnel to how to handle medical negligence. Jurists are also welcome to share their thoughts on this issue.

There have been a lot of recent advances in forensic medicine such as Narco-analysis, Brain Maping and DNA finger Printing. They have revolutionised crime detection and has lead to increased conviction in court of law. We intend to discuss it all in conference.
